Shipping Policy

Store Pickup

You can save on shipping by choosing store pickup during checkout. After placing an order for store pickup, your order will typically be ready for pick up within 1-3 business days. We will notify you when the order is ready for pick up. Please wait to hear from us before coming into the store to pick up your order! 

Domestic Shipping

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days unless we are experiencing a high volume of orders or you are looking for a hard-to-find title. We will notify you when delays occur. You will receive a tracking number via email when your order ships. 

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

We use USPS priority mail for all shipments. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed during checkout. If you place an order for a yet-to-be-released title along with a book that is currently available and choose to have the books shipped separately, your shipping charge will be higher than what is calculated during checkout.

We do NOT offer International Shipping. 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us. You can login to the website at any time to check the status of the order and the tracking number.
